March of Dimes is an international organization that aims to provide health support to mothers and children around the world. Among its various activities, the organization organizes the International Congress on Congenital Diseases and Malformations in developing countries (ICBD), which was held in Colombia in 2018.

The organization approached us to develop a brand with a distinct Colombian flavor. Each edition of the event invites attendees to engage with the academic agenda and the region where it takes place. That’s why we chose the parrot, with its diversity and festive nature, as a reference for the event’s brand. We also wanted to convey the sense of the mother-child relationship, which is why we incorporated the baby parrot.


In the development of the branding system, we played with the logo, creating a versatile vector design and a mix of photographs that convey a focus on childhood and motherhood in the region, specifically in Colombia.


The applications of the brand feature vibrant and eye-catching colors, typical of the region, always complemented by images that highlight the quality of life of infants.
